I feel like even though I didn’t consider myself toxic, I could still get many useful tips to have better coexistence with my loved ones. The author seems to truly understand how to deal with toxicity, and every chapter feels like a masterclass on how to control your own toxic behaviors.

I especially loved the chapter about negative patterns, which is something I often get stuck in, and the section about cognitive distortions really made a strong point. The part about damaged relationships was also great, as it shows how to avoid making that mistake.
