This is the first time I have felt that a narrator ruined a book. Why pick an American when the author is British? He stumbles over half of the expressions. Why not find a narrator who is enthusiastic and dynamic rather than one who reads in a dull monotone? Truly disappointing to listen to. I can't rate the book itself because I can't get through the recording.

It's over 5 hours so loads of content. Good value. Having looked at the other NLP books I think this could one of the better ones.
