The biggest thing I got out of this was a sense of calm when I’m talking to someone I find attractive. Knowing that I have a few solid ways to keep a conversation going takes a lot of the pressure off my shoulders. The book does a great job of explaining how to read a girl’s interest level so you don't waste time or make anyone uncomfortable. It’s a very practical and thoughtful guide that feels like it was written for real people living in the real world. I am very glad I decided to give it a listen.

I grabbed this because a guy friend of mine is painfully awkward with dating and keeps falling into those super toxic "dating coach" rabbit holes online. Tbh this audiobook was way less sleazy than I expected from the title. It actually pushes being authentic, handling rejection normally and talking to women like human beings instead of some strategy game. Some of the advice still felt kinda obvious and a few parts dragged a little, but I'd rather someone listen to this than half the manipulative nonsense on Youtube right now. It honestly made me realize how much pressure and confusion there is around dating now, especially for younger men.

Grabbed this out of curiosity since I used to freeze up trying to start conversations and the parts about handling self doubt, rejection and reading interest levels were actually pretty useful ! A few ideas get repeated a bunch but the step by step exercises, conversation tips and confidence building advice made more sense 😁
