I like the no nonsense, straight talking style of the book. The information is great for dogs but more importantly dog owners. I can think of a few people with dogs that need to read / listen to this book.

The only small downside to listening to the book was I could hear that the author had a cold / blocked up , so the nasal sound was abit off putting.

I've listened to both books now and have slowly been implementing the fantastic advice to my rescue dog. Keep up the good work SDT!

I’ve had a reactive dog in the past due to negative experiences with other dogs in his youth and my inexperience in dealing with it. Despite going to various trainers I was never fully able to help him overcome it.

With our new puppy I didn’t want to make the same mistakes. This book is great! I’ve followed it to the letter and our puppy is going from strength to strength.

Very simple to understand, very matter of fact, love the swear words!

Sdt Adam is just like he is in real life ,straight and to the point having trained with my dog with sdt and been a member of the group both for over a year,i found this audio book,im blind now,but also have the books a excellent reminder of what i need to do and u know what it works

a great, easy to understand and apply book. covers a wide range of topics - I have a puppy SO I was concerned it would be more adult focussed, but it's the perfect follow up to how to raise the perfect dog. Even though some issues we haven't met yet - it mentions how to prevent them and how to train all ages. I'm ready for the third book! 🙈
