I loved this. There was enough here to keep a miserable old grandparent chuckling. I especially like the translations at the end. Great stuff, totally ridiculous and a lot of fun.

Me and the kids love the httyd books and these three made them laugh their socks off! The chapter where the fire dragon hatched was my son’s favourite, he didn’t stop talking about riding a dragon after this! David Tennant is a phenomenal narrator, as he really puts expression into the voices of characters. Overall I loved these books, and so did my kids. However the music at the start of each chapter was a little loud.
