How could the performance have been better?

The narrator has a very "angry" voice, almost shouting with very loud "Ssss" on the end of every other word. Listening to this in the car was deafening, I had to reduce the treble so I didn't get a headache.

Amazing through and through. I have the book on hard back though bought this to listen to it in my car. I just didn't know it was a part of it. that's my only disappointment. other than that this book is one of those you keep and once in a week you listen to again and again and try to do what it says!

I bought this book, on Audible, because I am severely sight impaired, miserable and lonely. I hoped to remind myself of how to interact with people instead of just being scared and too timid to converse politely. I started listening to this in great hopes that I could relearn what I have lost. But after the introduction to the book I’m just told where I can go and buy it!
