This is a genuinely standout book. The ideas feel fresh, relevant, and rooted in reality, rather than trends or tactics that date quickly. It’s the kind of thinking that actually works, because it’s built on trust, care, and long-term perspective.

What I appreciated most is how clear and assured it feels. There’s no noise or overstatement, just strong ideas delivered with confidence and intention. It challenges a lot of the louder, more performative marketing advice out there and replaces it with something far more effective.

The narration is excellent. Calm, engaging, and easy to listen to, which makes the ideas land even more strongly. I finished this feeling energised and focused, with practical shifts I’m already making in my own work.
