About this listen
From the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Rina Kent comes a standalone dark MM mafia rivals romance set in the world of Legacy of Gods.
I’m hunting a monster
The first time I met Yulian Dimitriev, it was hate at first sight.
He’s brash, chaotic, and a violence-junkie.
In short, everything I disregard.
As heirs to two notorious mafia organizations, we were shoved together in an unorthodox setting.
The more I learn about Yulian, the deeper my loathing seeps.
Until I truly see the person within, and something forbidden sparks between us.
But our coexistence is cut short when tragedy strikes.
Yulian and I go back to our respective, parallel worlds that shouldn’t cross.
But they do.
And once again, I’m dragged into the orbit of a man I shouldn’t want.
Two men can’t be together in our world.
But Yulian blurs every limit I thought existed until everything is in jeopardy. Our hearts included.
Tropes:
Grumpy x Chaotic Sunshine
Mafia Romance
Enemies to Lovers
Second Chance Tension
Pining/Longing
Mutual Obsession
Bi Awakening
Hunt the Villain is a male x male dark college romance. This book can be listened to as a standalone, but for a better understanding of the world, it's recommended to listen to Kiss the Villain first.

Brilliant absolutely devoured this and as im writing this im about to go into another lisen, now I will say I absolutely love Teddy Hamilton & Grayson Owens and for the first few chapters all I could hear was Gareth (kiss the villain) & Nikolai (god of fury) but that quickly changed it was Yulian and Vaughan they were absolutely perfect and couldn't of chosen better narrators. The spice the sass the banter the jealousy the possessiveness these 2 characters had, and the story it was absolute perfection I cannot wait for the next instalment
Rina kent keep doing what your doing with your MM Romance stories incredible.

MASTERPIECE

What I didn’t expect was to accidentally adopt two mafia heirs who behave like feral cats locked in the same cardboard box during a thunderstorm.
Vaughn, our resident ice prince, has the emotional availability of a padlocked freezer and the communication style of someone who replies “K.” to a three‑paragraph confession.
Yulian, meanwhile, wakes up every morning and chooses violence, drama, chaos, and whatever personality glitch the universe forgot to patch.
Together?
They fight.
They flirt entirely by accident.
They save each other while complaining like it’s a competitive sport.
Peak enemies‑to‑lovers energy — I highlighted half the book like I was studying for an exam on emotionally stunted men.
The plot?
Dark mafia danger.
High stakes.
Actual guns.
Actual feelings (far scarier).
The vibes?
A spicy fever dream sprinkled with trauma bonding and two idiots who would rather eat broken glass than admit they’re in love.
Now, about that missing star.
Yes, I deducted it because these two refuse to communicate unless bullets are involved — but also because at certain points I was hit with a suspiciously familiar whiff of God of Fury.
Like Rina Kent said, “Why create a whole new emotional disaster when you can clone the trauma template, give it a new wig, and let chaos run wild?”
Still?
It was hilarious, intense, and accidentally romantic in a way that probably violates several health codes.
And I would absolutely let these two emotionally unstable men ruin my sleep schedule again — even if they did give me déjà vu with attitude.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 / 5 — because even emotionally repressed mafia heirs deserve a star of grace, déjà vu is loud.
