Great book, short and to the point, this isn't a how to book so to speak but it offers years of experience and therefore provides lots of valuable advice for all those new to and already comfortable with an entrepreneurial journey.

Loved the fact that this was a book made for me, an online coach who gets overwhelmed with tasks and didn't even know this could be solved. I had never heard of the "Less Doing" philosophy. Nor did I know how much you could make use of the free apps such as Asana, Todoist, Evernote, Google Drive, Airtable, Trello or Slack so efficiently to run your business like a professional.

There was nothing i didn't like. I was disappointed at the fact that I couldn't find their business online anywhere now though. This is a slightly old book, published in 2016. So, a lot of new tools would have been introduced in the market. I'd have loved to know their take on those tools now.

Especially great for online coaches like me who wants to hire virtual assistants! @taniastanly on Instagram

not really a how to in any way, the book’s main message is basically written on the cover: optimize, automate, outsource. there - that should save you about 3 hours of your time :)
