Summary
Susie is perplexed today over some strange legislation in the Sunshine State. It seems that although marijuana and bongs are prohibited, it's still okay to get down with a goat, a dog, or any animal you choose. Ouch. Why does Florida permit bestiality? Susie asks what up with the leaders in that state? It's okay to hurt animals in Tallahassee but don't try smoking reefer? Susie finds this hypocrisy hard to understand.
