Lancester, who has extensively researched the subject, talks to Susie about the harshness and ineffectiveness of sex-offender laws. Guided by panic, we've put more people behind bars - but that hasn't helped to curb or make children safer from sexual predators. Susie and Roger talk about the problems of sex-offender registries and why politicians are such cowards on this issue.
