I agree with most of what Alison says, except that she says that we can't have a relationship with someone whom we are very attracted to. I want to be very attracted to man, otherwise I don't want a relationship with him. Also sex is important in a relationship and how do you have sex with someone you're not really attracted to? Apart from this point I loved this workshop and all the useful information she provides. Highly recommended!

I know I have been speaking a different language in my relationships but never understood why until now.
I’m so grateful for this recommendation and to Alison Armstrongs research and experience. I am blown away by her passion and enthusiasm and appreciate I don’t have to suffer in silence.
