Summary
Indigo and her friends, Bobby and Sarah, reside in a homeless community by the river until the local police raid the area. Scared they will arrest them for trespassing the trio escapes in different directions. Things look bleak for Indigo until she reunites with Bobby who finds a stopwatch which allows them to travel through time. A time-travel story around 3 friends who are homeless and live by a river.
I personally do not like sci-fi, so this was not an ideal book for me, but it was a good and interesting take on time travel and less than pleasant cops.
