Now, I just shared this with my husband and he is doing the meal plan to loss a couple of weight and I plan on joining him as well. As a listener I loved this book and the process, the author made it so simplistic . The steps are so easy to apply. According to the author, this is to maintain your weight. So to maintain your weight means you won’t do everything you were doing before. So, fasting time will be shorter, and you can add some fruits to your diet. Interesting! Well narrated!
