This book does a wonderful job of explaining intermittent fasting. I liked how it breaks things down into simple steps based in science. I also appreciated the stories of real people which was encouraging because it's a little scary thinking about not eating. We have been told since we were little to eat 3 meals a day so you really have to change your paradigm. Definitely an interesting audiobook. I highly recommend.
