This will require a second listen. there's a lot of useful information in this book. I found that my brain shut down in certain parts, probably because I didn't really want to know, but I'm not giving up so easily so will be listening again. also, the fact that the book is read by one of the authors makes the narrative more flowing and easy to listen to, as opposed to someone reading it it who didn't know what they were talking about.
