Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. It’s was easy to follow and was packed full with useful information.
I myself am vegan, but have been thinking about going more whole foods plant based in my diet for the health benefits for quite some time. This book gave me the push I needed. I really loved that the book did not just focus on diet, but also on having a healthy lifestyle in general. The chapters have been well thought out.
Anyone who is looking to improve their overall health (while supporting the environment) should listen to this book. Thumbs up to the author and the great narration. Highly recommend :)

I must confess, I knew nothing about this subject before listening to this audiobook, but it has definitely opened my eyes to the reality of things.

Over the years, I have started to pay more attention to the food I ate. I have tried a few different types of diet and experienced its benefit on my health. What set this book apart from many other health book is its focus on not only the food you eat but what you feed your soul and mental state. A well balance social, emotional, and physical health create a wholesome healthy life. I do agree with the book about whole food plant based benefits on health and limiting/ eliminating sugar and processed food intake; however, I don't think meats are bad. Where we source our meat and how we cook them are important factors in determining how meat impacts our body. Physiologically, we are omnivores. Every body is built differently; thus, every person has a different need for what diet suits them best.

This Audiobook is Informative and very important, especially nowadays most people are not health conscious. I learned a lot about Heart diseases, and this is a lot of helpful information about healthy eating habits, and the explanation was very detailed.
Excellent author and narration. It is highly recommended. Five stars!
