I really appreciate what this book provides. It answers most of my questions about investment. And I also like the pdf that many exercises and examples are in it. This audiobook does a great job in outlining the exact steps which you can use to make a lot of money from debt and real estate debt and distress morages, it provides all this information in a manner that never feel overwhelming but rather perfectly timed. You can tell that the author has done an amazing job in his research and he does a great job or combing that with personal experience. It provide a direct way to reduce tyour chances of losing you're money when investing, taking you through some simple to follow strategy. I feel like I am full equipped to take the right action with my investments and feel confident I will get my money back.


THIS BOOK RPOVIDES A TON OF VALUE AND WAS THE PERFECT STARTING POINT FOR ME. I look forward to future books by this author

This book taught me a fair few things. Although I am no expert when it comes to investing, this book proposed many investments that I have never even heard before - although that sounds like it wouldn't be a great investment the author backs his investments and gives examples on how it can make money. The information is this book seems endless so if you are looking to make money from debt or real estate. The this book can help you with that!

It had been no secret to me RE investing had always been the way to go if I had to become wealthy. I tried my hand in it using wholesaling and flipping strategies and failed. Beaux in this book, made me understand why I was unsuccessful. I'm also now without any shred of a doubt, convinced investing in notes is actually the way to go. An incredible job was done explaining the different types of notes you can choose and invest in.
I totally recommend this book.
