This book is extremely well-written and avoids most of the common mistakes investing books make. It describes each topic well and concisely -- without burdening you with too much detail on each topic. I was very surprised at the simplicity of the writing and keeping the reader engaged in a very (normally) dry subject matter. Most books of these sorts are too busy trying to sell you on their specific system and have very little substance beyond that. For a first-time investor starting off, I have been befuddled by all the jargon that is used when managing an investment portfolio; and of course, since I have very little capital to begin with, I cannot reasonably obtain the services of a financial planning professional to help me make sense of things.

In terms of reducing the risk factors and managing risks this guide is a real help, since I'm a beginner with stock market investment so my main concern is to avoid and overcome risks this guide came up with valuable tips like, Set up an enter strategy, Set up your exit strategy, This is a good book for the reader who knows nothing about the stock market. Because it is important to learn general concepts and terms. This edition was short and to the point. I would have liked more specific examples. I felt the book was all vague theories thrown out with no specific examples. This book taught me about trust funds, securities, options and more even though I was a beginner. The useful real life examples made the course livelier.

Considering that I am new to investing, especially trading on the market, this book was extremely helpful to providing me with the building blocks necessary to understanding the market and building the confidence needed to start investing. It did this through plain language explanations of jargon and seemingly complex concepts. People tend to shy away from things they don't understand or that scare them. And in this is something that you need to do to help plan retirement and many other things. This is a great guide for anyone wanting to start investing even if they have little financial background knowledge.

The content is very concise and straight to the point. Fun read I must say. The only thing maybe not as great is that his strategies work better during down cycles compared to up cycles. However that is perhaps understood and the author makes no empty promises. Very good detailed information for the new by and the seasoned investor. This book facilitates the understanding that real estate investing is a business choice and should be handled as such. That it is a real choice for those who are tired of exchanging their hours for dollars. I will recommend this book to anyone who has some cash to invest and would like to provide a relatively safe and passive return on investment in their retirement years. i like this book. exellent book for investing. good for investing.

This book is a masterpiece. It is incredible how the Author had the capacity to explain so many mental models in such a simple and easy way to use. This is an excellent book to get you thinking about how investing fits in the broader world. There isn't any directions for actual investing (like evaluating stocks, etc.) but lots to ponder and think about with the larger picture. One of the greatest books I have listen where liberal arts and broader wisdom are applied to investing. This is an excellent book to get you thinking about how investing fits in the broader world.
