I bought this based on many recommendations I saw on insta and Quora. it did not disappoint. The book has a good structure and it leaves away the psychological facts, it is straight and simple and it shows perfectly the experience of narcissistic experience. it described almost perfectly my love experience with a narc, the pain of the relationship and of what followed after the separation. and it brought me clarity about the hoovers which I seemed to misunderstand. thank you for this book it is of much help for narcissistic abuse survivors

A very accurate account of narcassisim. A great book for those wanting and insight to further their knowledge on the subject . Highlight my all stages of the narcissist abuse cycle from someone who has personal experience and truly relate and share her own experience.
