It’s a book covers most struggles women faces in life, it provides sharp and easy to follow suggestions and action plans of how to clear thoughts, communicate, make plans for yourself, family and career.

Have been following the video links in the book, it worked very well to help me understand myself and lead me to practical changes.

It’s not a novel with up and down stories, it takes time to digest. Would definitely recommend to buy if you want to have a change and deal with your struggles in life.
