Having completed the 28 days challenge before the audio book was released, I expected to know the work entailed in the book. Impressively the book goes much further...
Well read by James himself, I found it easy listening whilst actively prompting thoughts, actions and outcomes, aimed at real life, real obstacles, and straight forward, no nonsense advice and tasks for normal everyday men like me to change our external world, by taking time and unfiltered self honesty, to start understanding our internal language, self sabotage, beliefs or lack of, and with a strategy of improving by 1% a day, anyone can change to become, healthier mentally and physically, enjoy “life” and become “present” for more of it!
Excellent, enjoyable and accomplished piece of writing.

I found this book very useful and have started to implement the planning process. Whilst listening to the book is convenient I think it would have been better to read it and see the examples at the time.
