I got this as my study group was using it, primarily because the leaders know the Gaultieres personally. The rest of the group seemed to enjoy it, but I found it b-o-r-i-n-g. I didn't finish it.

I just don't understand all the accolades this book has received. I didn't find it practical at all. It was a psychotherapy session in a bottle (book), adapted for Christians.

This was just not the book for me.
