Memphis' character resonated with me so much. Being a single mother myself I felt those struggles she carried, worrying about being able to afford bills, sleepless nights, not feeling good enough etc but she was such a strong and independent character and I loved her so much. Enter her Grumpy landlord Knox, I just loved him and he tugged at the aul heartstrings when he put his own fears aside and helped her in the early hours.

I devoured this audio because I just loved the story so much and the narration was superb as well. Both brought those emotions out ten fold.

Can't wait to get to book 3!

another great book. I absolutely loved this one wholeheartedly. Knox stole my heart from the very first moment and I just loved how strong Memphis was. This was a quick and easy read and I think the narrators did a great job!

Don’t know about the voice actors but I got used to them as the story progressed. The story itself is amazing but I did feel like sometimes the voice acting was a bit monotoned.
That being said I definitely enjoyed the book.
