All Tip Roddy knew about High Wind MacDowell, other than that his cattle were the best range stock in the Southwest, was a rumor picked up in Redregon to the effect that old High Wind was having a concrete statue made of himself and that he was setting it up at the Dog Wolf water hole that had been fought over for so many years.
