Summary
Long ago, the allied kindreds of Cordysia fought a costly war against the evil Pirryneus and his minions, Orks and Dragons, including his most formidable co-conspirator the mighty Elder Drake Brykkael. Pirryneus and his forces were defeated, and Brykkael himself was slain.
But now, 300 years later, evidence has reached New Sylestia that the wealth collected and hoarded by that fallen serpent ages ago and thought long-abandoned and perhaps only a myth might've at last been found. While the Elven Council in Olvenshire ponders and debates this mystery, a young human barmaid who overhears the story decides, for reasons of her own, to undertake a perilous quest and seek after the rumored treasure. What follows for Kelystra Newarbyr and the diverse group of companions who join her (for reasons of their own) becomes the stuff of legends and provides the foundation for an exciting new tale in the Cordysian Chronicles!
