Inside this book essential Ketogenic diet tips and health discussed. This is a great book for beginning the Keto diet. I'm learning ways to make this easier for myself. I would recommend this book to anyone who is seriously looking into alternative eating habits for weight loss.

This is a very informational book, with everything you need to know before starting the keto diet, in a very pragmatic and nuanced manner. It points out all the possible issues of the diet, and how to determine if it's fit for you, which I did not see in other books! On top of that, it's short and easy to read. I do recommend buying the physical book over the audio book, as it's easier to see the recipes and shopping list, and the narration is a bit boring.
