Summary

Another fantastic Bill Slider story this will keep you guessing and keep you gripped. All the different threads of the victims life weave together until the penny drops. The usual shenanigans at the cop shop will entertain you and could be a whole series of books about each detective.

Really wanted to enjoy this but it so often annoyed me.
Author seemed at times to be patronising, stock characters.
But what annoyed me most was the many unnecessary similes, can't remember them all "ploughing a wavy furrow" was one.
Not necessary, just a creased brow would have done. There were so many, not clever, just distracting.
