About this listen
A deal with a cold billionaire. A desperate college coed who has run out of options.
Ruthless. Lethal. Handsome as sin.
The devil has always been wrapped in a tempting package.
And that's Mason Kincaid. King of Vegas and of sinners. He owns half this town and runs the other half with an iron fist.
He's pretty much everything I've learned to avoid. I dated his brother a few years back when I thought a bad boy would be fun. It did not take long for me to learn the Kincaids are not fun. They are the snakes in the garden…
Now, I'm on the straight and narrow. Work. Class. Repeat. Head down… no bad boys in sight. I'm just trying to get my degree so I can escape Vegas and the Kincaids.
Until one night, when I took a shortcut home after a late shift. Now, I'm a witness to a crime with a price on my head.
There is only one man I can turn to for protection, and that's Mason Kincaid. King of Vegas…
But the price?
A king charges more than most.
What he wants…
My virginity.
Welcome to the Dark side of Las Vegas, where the stakes are even higher and the men more lethal… King of Sinners is the first book in the Lords of Las Vegas series.

From the moment I hit play on the audiobook, I was hooked. The story dives straight into the gritty glamour of Las Vegas, with Charlotte, a determined college student trying to escape the chaos of her past, and Mason Kincaid, the brooding billionaire who practically owns the city. Their chemistry is electric, and the tension between danger and desire kept me glued to my headphones.
What really impressed me was how tight and engaging the story is — it’s only a few hours long, which makes it perfect for a weekend binge or a long commute. Tammy Andresen doesn’t waste a single moment; every scene drives the plot forward, and the narration by Scott Rose and Felicity Cross adds so much depth to the characters. Their voices bring Mason’s intensity and Charlotte’s vulnerability to life in a way that made me feel like I was right there in Vegas with them.
And then there’s the bonus chapter. I won’t spoil anything, but it adds a satisfying layer to the ending — a little extra insight that made me smile and crave the next book in the series. It’s the kind of thoughtful addition that makes the audiobook feel complete and rewarding.
If you’re into steamy romance with a touch of suspense and a strong female lead, King of Sinners is a great pick. Short, sharp, and seriously entertaining.
Short, Steamy, and Sinfully Good…
