I like how this book focuses on not just being in charge of a group but really making a difference. It focuses on becoming a true leader who inspires people. I love that. A lot of people just want power and to be able to boss people around, but leadership can be so much better than that. Getting this audiobook, I was expecting it to only explain how to read employees. The author also goes into great details of self care and awareness of overworked. Also touch base on excepting differences and how within the people you work with.
