This audiobook was a very helpful guide, having family members who struggle with panic attacks and depression can be overwhelming to navigate. I found some useful tools and tips and will definitely referring back . Highly recommend.

I love the analogy this book gives in the first chapter about holding onto a glass, It describes how holding on to it for a few minutes is not a problem, if you hold on to it for an hour your arm will ache, but if you hold on to it for a day, your arm will go numb and may give you long-term problems. This is exactly the same with depression.

This is a well-produced and very well-narrated audiobook. I gave this to my sister, who suffers from panic attacks and I'm hoping it will help her. This book will have a calming effect on the listener and is well worth sending it as a present to someone you care deeply about. Great book. 5 Stars.

I’ve been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks most of my adult life, so I was interested in finding out what this book teaches about it. The book explains various causes for anxiety and goes into depth on how to overcome it. I like the simplicity of explaining what anxiety is and steps to overcome it.
