‘How long have things been good and how long have you been in love with what could be?’
This book has helped me immeasurably. I only realised I was in this kind of toxic relationship when I listened to this. Very tough to honestly look at yourself and your relationship but it has helped me truly learn and find myself again. The steps and timeline of recovery as a co-dependent are invaluable. It is no small thing to say that this book saved me and has helped put my life back on track. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is fascinating and opened my eyes to just how terrifying and harmful the narcissist can be. I have a few friends who have experienced this type of relationship either with partners or parents. I’ll be getting my children who are young adults to read this just so they can identify warning signs before it’s too late and thereby avoid certain relationships

A true eye opener
