I really enjoyed and benefitted from listening to this audiobook. I have a tendency to get stuck in my thoughts and be over-critical. this audiobook has really given me some tips and strategies to stop my negative thinking. As I listened to this, I became aware of how these toxic/negative thoughts have really impacted many of the relationships in my life. I am now determined to get control of this and turn it around.
