Most parents like me, whose kids are gradually becoming adults and will need to be independent soon, certainly have thought about their teens and how to transfer knowledge and life skills that would help the, be successful in life.. This is where this book comes in handy. it covers a large range and variety of lessons and skills needed by teens and young adults, such as managing money and setting and achieving objectives. These lessons in the book are rarely taught in schools.
Teens will also learn how to spot when you're under too much stress and how to deal with it.

​The book's narration was excellent, and the voice was pleasing to the ear so you would want to continue listening. The content, as discussed above, was good enough.

Half way through this book, I started wishing I had had it a couple of years back. It simplifies things I have had to learn the hard way. You get to learn about being kind to your body, how to take care of your health and some rules to bear in mind in every relationship. There are tips for good decision making and information about time management. I highly recommend this book.

I've read a lot of these kinds of books, but this one stands out from the crowd in its ability to deliver wisdom and guidance and knowledge without coming off as "bossy" or "patronizing" - the tone speaks to youth in a respectful, approachable way!

The subject matter itself is wonderful and comprehensive - finances, health, relationships. It's all here. I wish I had this book when I was younger.

This would be the perfect gift for a high school youth prepping for their first job interview or a young college student getting ready to fully take on adult independence - Highly Recommend!
