LifeTonic is the best audio book I have ever listened to! Jody Shield's soothing voice takes you on a deep healing journey and her story is one that is very relatable to ALL. I've changed my life since meeting Jody and she is a catalyst for transformation.

The book is broken into two parts, the first is her life story which is super honest and relatable. The second part, she gives tools and techniques to help you with yours life and are truly life changing!

Would you consider the audio edition of LifeTonic to be better than the print version?

This is my favorite audiobook ever. Jody has a soothing and lovely voice that make the experience of listening to her story and journey fun and intimate. LifeTonic is entertaining, relatable and easy to follow --while also being deeply powerful and inspiring.
