I can highly recommend this , the first , of Ben Kane’s series on Richard the Lionheart . Well researched , great characters and rollicking good action and adventure feature prominently . Can’t wait for the second on the Crusades .

After reading about William Marshall, I already knew I wanted to listen to something about The Lion Heart so glad I came across this one and will be buying the next book. Keeps your attention and I constantly wanted to know what happened next.
