This is a really fun story, slice of life style. The Birmingham accent was so engaging and authentic. It feels a bit like an easier version of James Joyce. But I was completely swept into this world. Lots of threads of stories and interactions and real tensions of life but told lightly and with a constant flow and movement. I recommend you try this writer you probably know nothing about.
