Grace has oodles of experience of living with her own chronic illness and helping others in the same situation. She is both optimistic and realistic in showing us how we can live our best lives, regardless of how fit or ill we are. There is no mention of dreadful pieces of advice such as keeping a 'positive mental attitude', or of miracle cures.
She also has advice on how to navigate the health system, look for a job, go dating - all the stuff those with a chronic illness need help with, but which is often overlooked.
I loved it!
