I first read the four agreements by Don Ruiz Jr father from that I spent a whole 2 weeks while decorating my house listening to all the Ruiz family books. This book really awakened me to the impact my upbringing has had on me & aware of why I behave & act the way I do, without judgement or criticism but with a deep understanding of myself. I adore all of the Don Ruiz books they are easy to read but powerful books. Highly recommend
