Very entertaining, inspiring and illuminating. Some really incredible real life stories - all seems like another world. The environment in the himalayas seems ideal for training, but people living in real life with all the pressures of earning a living, paying bills, etc makes it a real challenge. The stories seem incredible - if only.....hmmm....very good read. Highly recommended.
