I was sceptical about this recording and to be honest I found it too dull. He doesn't have the best vocal technique so I can't listen to him for long enough.

Chapter two is almost inaudible. Worst ever. Last chapter (much the same as the other 'books') is alright.

I've tried a few of these but this is the one that has made the biggest difference. The others take the edge off the cravings and give will power a bit of a boost but after listening to this (well sleeping through it) I seemed to reconnect with perspective on portion size and differentiate between hunger and thirst. No annoying burst pipe water sound effects or tortured whale noises either.

Definitely the one to go for.

3 chapters in this audio book.. mainly sending you into a relaxed state of mind.. and bringing you back around again. no real depth of gastro band in the mind atall.
