A really struggled with the narrator with this book but persevered because of a previous review about it, and glad I did. She's a bit flat but when she reads dialogue, she really comes to life and the story jumped up a pace. It has suspense and is certainly fast paced. One of the characters is dark, to the point of being hard to listen to/about, and there are moments when it's unecessarily disturbing. But a good read and I'd recommend it.

This is the third book in this series I have listened to and they have all kept me guessing right to the end of the book which I find rarely happens. This book was full of tension and I couldn't wait to get to the end to know what happened. I have raved about this author to others and cant wait to download the next book in this series a fabulous book from a fabulous author
