I had read this book when first released then when popped up on offer in audible I purchased it as it been many years since I read it. Great listen felt the tension within the family’s and the narrator drew you along. Looking forward to listening to more reads by the author.

This case really got to me due to its sensitive nature to do with young girls being snatched. A tough case for Di Kim Stone due to the fact some aspects brought her back to the memory of her late brother who died in front of her.

This particular case was brought to Kim via an old childhood acquaintance and she decided to take the case. Kim and her team were on a race to find two girls and the body of one missing over a year ago. There are 3 players in this evil game of kidnap and Kim is onto them. One of the players is hiding in plain sight.

Will Kim find the girls in time? Will she catch all of the players? Emotionally charged race right to the very end…..
