I loved being back in Blushing, Alaska! I adored Violet and Charlie. The banter and bickering between these two was so good. I loved how Violet baited Charlie and he fell for it every time. She just loves to push his buttons. Nothing pleases me more than a good enemies to lovers romance. Harper is the sweetest little girl ever. Her strong bond and friendship with Violet was so beautiful.


Connor Crais and Erin Mallon did an amazing job with this dual narration. They are both so good at doing all the different voices. These two could narrate their shopping list at this point and I’d devour it.

An easy 3.5 star comfort read with minimal drama, this delivers a cosy small‑town Alaskan romance featuring Violet’s sunshine warmth against Charlie’s grumpy single‑dad charm, with little Harper adding extra heart to the story, and the dual narration by Erin Mallon and Connor Crais bringing it all to life.

Love You, Mean It is such a sweet and funny small town romance set in beautiful Blushing, Alaska.
Charlie, the grumpy single dad, and Violet, the sassy wedding planner, had amazing chemistry from the start. Their banter made me laugh so much, and the little moments between them were adorable. I also loved Charlie’s daughter, Harper , she was so cute and brought so much heart to the story.
The audiobook narration was perfect and made the story come alive even more. I liked how the romance grew naturally and how both characters learned to open up and heal from their pasts. It had humor, warmth, and just the right amount of spice.
This story made me smile the whole way through. If you love grumpy/sunshine romances with found family and small town charm, this one is a must listen.
