I love Deborah's books. She does a great job pulling me into the story and I can't help but binge them in one sitting. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Connor and Raina. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
I can't wait for the next book in series Wicked Deception to be released on February 5, 2026, so I can get Rhys and Fallon's story.
Aiden and Maxine did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you're looking for a mafia romance, age gap romance, forbidden romance, enemies to lovers, or found family romance.
