I am a cozy mystery fan at heart but fancied something different and this series caught my eye. It's still a mystery but set in space which sounded intriguing and I am glad I gave it ago because I enjoyed.
Well until they got into space and then it became slightly confusing with the different alliances and tec talk, this might just be because I started with book two and the previous book set the characters up. However it was still action packed and entertaining for me to download the next Book I liked the characters but to be honest we never stuck around long enough to get to know anybody else other than the main two, Reilly and Mitchell. They was a mystery as to who the saboteur was but it more reacting to the chaos they caused and trying to get a step ahead of them. I am off to start my next space adventure.

Lt. Jack Reilly has to go back under cover. A spaceship that was taken out of circulation was used by his enemies who wants to see the alliance between world's come to an end and it's up to him to discover how they got it and could use it in an attack without anybody knowing. The more he looks into it the more he realises he didn't stop them completely and with all the sabotage happening in the ship they are planning something big. Can he and Mitchell stop them in time?

I liked the narrator. He had a gruff voice that took some getting use to but he used it well to provide different character voices.

Overall I enjoyed this book, the characters are like able, the story is paced nicely with the story telling broken up with action scenes. The story had enough twists in it to keep you guessing all the way through and the narration was done to a high standard. I was given a free copy of this audiobook (to provide a non-biased review) meaning that I have gone straight to book 2 missing out book 1, this did not take away from the story at all and I am going to go back now and give that a go too!
