fantastic story of a womens retreat, the sarcastic banter and bad language had me in fits of laughter, the enemies to lovers style as an obvious attraction evolved into spice scenes and romance, the underlying sadness of these women chipped away as each found comfort in both each other and the majesty of nature.
a definite 6☆ in writing and narration.

I’m a huge fan of Gerri Hill and this novel is a great example of why. It’s a lovely story of self discovery and love in unlikely places with likeable characters. I also learned some interesting things about exercise and nutrition for women in their 50s and 60s. The icing is the fabulous narration. I will be listening to this again very soon and highly recommend it.

really great story line of a magazine reporter who is sent to a boot camp to report how they brain wash women, but falls in love with the owner, really good characters all the way through and really great narration with a happy ending as well THANKS

Gerri Hill and Abbey Craden never disappoint and this story is no exception. Good story and characters that will be worth revisiting.
