While the book was enjoyable it was very repetitive. The same could have been said in 3 chapters! If the book was more condensed I would recommend it but as it stands it's too long

I love this author, and also the narrator. This book however felt very basic and also quite egoic. Such a shame as this author speaking on this subject should be brilliant but it almost felt patronising at times. I think the author needs to remember that her listeners grow with her so the content should evolve and become more complex. The beauty of her books is usually in the simplicity but it became irritating this time. All of her other books I would highly recommend.
