like so many gurus, I find their tips and advice so exhausting just thinking about it. it's good stuff but not very relatable unless you are already pretty powered up and just looking for some fine tuning and improvements. as someone who feels a little lost and in a muddle, but with a desire to get better, I found this of little value.
