I enjoy reading Chritian Signol’s books as I have read many. I also enjoy finding old copies and matching them up with the Audible if possible so that I can read and listen at the same time.
As someone who lived in France for some years, his books helped me to learn the language. Marie des Brebis, based on a true story was very moving and gave such a flavour of the region where she lived. I felt very much a part of her story and shed a tear at the end. I Love Signol’s poetic style of writing and his ability to totally immerse one a in the characters and the culture.
