I am 57 years old, and I was recently clinically diagnosed with ADHD. And I am learning more and more about the executive functioning skills. When I started listening to this audiobook, everything started to click for me because it’s a lot of what my therapist and psychiatrist have been trying to tell me. But this audiobook really explains it in a very in-depth way. That makes me understand. Plus I can pause the audiobook and listen to things over and over again. It makes it so that I don’t have to take notes. As you know, one with a DHD has trouble making notes. but the ability for me to pause the audiobook and rewind 30 seconds or so and listen to things over and over again is extremely helpful. I’m going to be listening to this audiobook over and over again. I learned in this audiobook about clearing brain fog too. I have brain fog quite a bit. It also teaches me how to channel my thoughts and focus. I have a lot of trouble focusing I can go on and on about all of the different challenges that I face as one with ADHD, but I also know that everyone that does have ADHD has different challenges. There’s no two that are alike. Stay strong, there’s help out there for everybody that has this condition.

A huge learning opportunity for me!
